Operation and further development of the Connectivity Services, together with our internal team and external partners
Management of root cause analysis for issues and problems 
Vendor management incl. SLA monitoring
Contact person for internal projects
Support the planning and management of the service budget
Support the make or buy decisions
Analysis of operations for opportunities for optimization
Team participant in case of Cyber Security Incidents as part of the global Cyber Security organization

Your Profile

Virtual team experience required including experience in a multi-cultural environment. 
You are motivated to drive changes and step out of comfort zone
Good understanding of network technologies:
- Routing & Switching
- Firewalls
- Wireless LAN
- DHCP & DNS
- IPv4 & IPv6
- Network Based Security Solutions
- Remote Access Solutions
