Are you ready to lead transformative growth and shape the future of MRO and Lifecycle Services for Isolation Valves across Europe? We are looking for a Sales Director (MRO and Lifecycle Service), Europe to join our Isolation Valves team. The primary focus of this strategic role is to accelerate MRO and Lifecycle Service business growth for Isolation Valves across Europe. This involves close collaboration with sales channel teams to achieve Business Unit objectives and exceed $100M in orders. The position plays a critical role in driving regional growth initiatives and aligning efforts with strategic priorities. In addition, the role is responsible for assessing market growth opportunities and analyzing customer demand to support accurate forecasting. Acting as a key liaison between Sales teams and the Product Strategic Business Unit, it provides market insights to stakeholders and oversees direct reports dedicated to strategic programs, including 3rd party channel development and severe service opportunities.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role within business development and/or sales leadership.
  • Solid understanding of valve industry products and applications.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of a second language relevant to the region is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Develop and execute the ISV business strategy with Country Sales teams and Global/Europe Product Management.
  • Support Emerson Sales teams through joint customer visits, presentations, and application expertise.
  • Drive regional pricing strategies, Special Price Agreements, and Frame Agreements in collaboration with Sales and Product Management.
  • Lead direct reports to achieve growth targets for 3rd party channels and severe service opportunities.
  • Provide market insights, monitor competition, and support demand planning and S&OP processes.
  • Foster business development initiatives and strengthen distributor and service provider networks.
  • Assist countries in preparing MRO & Lifecycle Service budgets and conduct regular order progress reviews.
  • Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts, highlight risks, and ensure timely POR reviews.
  • Promote active use of CRM tools for forecasting and tracking quote/visit activity aligned with business trends.
