"I loved mathematics and foreign languages" tells us Alessandra Querin, Reinsurance Client Manager at Generali Group in Italy. Her studies were guided by these two passions. Today her role is to be the internal reinsurer of the Group companies, and to do this job you have to have good problem solving capacities, and know how to relate to people. Amongst the major limitations, Alessandra says is that you "have some work peaks during certain times of the year, and for Christmas and New Year you have to stay home".
