As speaker liaison I am in direct contact with some of our speakers from the initial contact until the day of the conference. I help them with travel arrangements, ask for information that we require and discuss the content of the talk. On the day of the conference I make sure my speakers know when they will be going on stage, support them throughout the day and calm their nerves.
