His job is to help the Business Units at improving the job that has to be done with customers. Robert was born in Holland, and after his studies had different jobs. He also worked as a consultant only to find out he preferred a more hands-on job. In his position a good experience in insurance and retail marketing is needed. What he likes most is: "We improve the insurance industry from the inside".

His position is HR Program Manager in the Learning and Development area and he is responsible for organizing training events for the employees’ growth. Her role is to manage projects in employer branding, specifically giving value to the brand through internal and external channels. The coolest part of her job is to meet different people with different occupations and from different parts of the world, and as she puts it "being able to understand what work means in different cultures".

Edrien Villareal
Trainee Digital Manager
"I can see the result of my work immediately" says Edrien Villareal, Trainee Digital Manager at Generali Switzerland. As part of a Graduate Program, Edrien now is in Digital Marketing, then will be in Product Management, after that will be abroad for three months, and then at the end there is another four months for the last rotation. This way you really get an important view of various areas in the company. The important thing for his job is, as Edrien states, "to have a degree and have the necessary enthusiasm for technology".

Strategy
"Volunteering is a very important part in my life", is what Pablo Lozano tells us. He works for Generali Spain in the Strategy and Corporate Coordination area. His job is to analyze the competitors, take the best from them and try to implement those practices inside the business. Pablo has done a lot of volunteering jobs in developing countries. Regarding Generali he thinks that "reading is crucial in my job because you have to know all the latest trends".
