Sophie Le Ray
“In one morning, I can meet the CEO of Microsoft, then in the afternoon I can meet a rocket scientist and then I can meet a politician”, tells Sophie Leray about the best part of her job as CEO and Co-Founder of naseba, which is the diversity of people she gets to meet. Nevertheless, there are limitations too: “Knowing that you’re not always understood for the decision you make.”
“Be courageous enough to go your own path. Even, if it means everybody else is going in a different direction and you’re all by yourself”, is one piece of advice, Karin Gabriel, Senior Project Manager at naseba, would give her 14-year-old self. The coolest thing about her job? “The level of creativity. It’s really cool to see that, what was in you head before, just an imagination, became reality!”
“Once you decide what you want, go and get it. Don’t stop in the middle, just do it”, Jean-Philippe Bonsaudo would tell his 14-year-old self. What it takes to do his job as Production Director at naseba? “Organizational skills and you really need to want to deliver, consistency is very important in my daily job.”
“Being humble. As you develop, you understand exactly where you come from”, is one piece of advice, Swaleh Batheif, Senior International Business Development Executive at naseba, would give his 14-year-old self. The limitation of his job? “You have to love being on the phone. Because most of the job is being on the phone.”
Hala Bin Mahfooz
“Eat more and sleep more”, Hala Binmahfooz would tell her 14-year-old self, because she misses those two things the most now. As a Logistics Event Coordinator at naseba her tasks range from creating the floor plan to helping clients with their visas. What she likes most about her job: “I like seeing the event come alive!”
Asya Valerieva Gerasimova
“Timing. In events, so many unplanned things happen.” The feeling that 24 hours a day are often not enough is the limitation in Asya Valerieva Gerasimova’s job as Event Coordinator at naseba. Her responsibilities are broad: “It’s all about communication and being that middle person between all the different departments, the delegates and the clients.”
