Jon Ladron de Guevara

“I work for different departments, they always have different requirements and it’s pretty difficult to make everyone happy at the same time”, Jon Ladron de Guevara talks about the limitations in his job. The native Basque works as a Graphic Designer at Braintribe, using Adobe as most important tool, but “my favorite tool is a pencil and a notebook.”

Stefan Prieler

“I don’t have to dress after certain rules and restrictions. I mostly can do the job, how I want to.” Stefan Prieler works as a Developer at Braintribe, where he comes up with new features and components for the new product line Tribefire. The working athmosphere is very important to him: “I have a good vibe with my colleagues and bosses.”

Nick Holden

“Never stay in a comfort zone, always step outside. As soon as you step out, your comfort zone becomes bigger and bigger”, is one of Nick Holden’s pieces of advice. “You have two ears and one mouth and you should use them in that ratio, that’s something a lot of people struggle to do”, he tells about the prerequisites for his job as Sales Manager at Braintribe.

“After finishing my Computing degree I thought, the best way to go forward is to quit and go and do something else. So I moved to Norwich and studied Poetry.” The coolest part of his job as Writer of Technical Documentation at Braintribe? “Seeing something from the beginning to end, seeing the blank page and watching it fill up gives you a sense of achievement, it’s really cool.”

Peter Brandner

“Sometimes people are really good in bullshitting, in telling you some stories and building up images of themselves. It will break down. You can not keep this.“ Peter Brandner values authenticity and enthusiasm and so he would recommend his 14-year-old self. The CTO of Braintribe knows which skills are essential for his job: “Communication is key, if you are working with people all over the world.”
