“I don’t have to dress after certain rules and restrictions. I mostly can do the job, how I want to.” Stefan Prieler works as a Developer at Braintribe, where he comes up with new features and components for the new product line Tribefire. The working athmosphere is very important to him: “I have a good vibe with my colleagues and bosses.”
Nick Holden
“Never stay in a comfort zone, always step outside. As soon as you step out, your comfort zone becomes bigger and bigger”, is one of Nick Holden’s pieces of advice. “You have two ears and one mouth and you should use them in that ratio, that’s something a lot of people struggle to do”, he tells about the prerequisites for his job as Sales Manager at Braintribe.

“After finishing my Computing degree I thought, the best way to go forward is to quit and go and do something else. So I moved to Norwich and studied Poetry.” The coolest part of his job as Writer of Technical Documentation at Braintribe? “Seeing something from the beginning to end, seeing the blank page and watching it fill up gives you a sense of achievement, it’s really cool.”
Akira Sakurai
“I started 19 years ago in the Viennese graffiti subculture. My focus was always bridging analogue style with digital style”, Akira Sakurai talks about his beginnings. The coolest part of his job now as Art Director at Braintribe? “Take a look! I’m messing up the CEO’s office wih paint and I even ask for permission!”

“My job is to identify potential customers, building up relations to decision makers, identify needs and pains of the customers, building up new solutions and services based on our product”, Jürgen Pfalzer describes his range of tasks as a Sales Manager at Braintribe. His advice for his 14-year old self: “Never pretend to be someone else and always be yourself!”
